My name is Jennifer and I’m the Founder of I Arise. I’m a health enthusiast and have a strong passion for total well-being and educating others in leading a healthier and more gratifying life. I believe we are all ATHLETES, we all need to have a strong body, mind and soul in order to be able to “compete and succeed” with the demands of this ever changing world we live in. Whether, you are an elite athlete, chasing and playing with your kids, taking care of the elderly, a construction worker, cleaning your home, travelling, or simply just wanting to be pain free and have an amazing quality of life and energy even as you age; well, the foundation principles to optimal health that I considered essential, apply to all!

Along with my passion for educating, other things that bring light to my soul, peace and pure happiness are: spending time with love ones, being outdoors and enjoying what Mother Nature gives us, prepping and “creating” healthy recipes (and yes…they don’t always turn out into the delicious mouth watering thing I had hoped for but nonetheless the process still brings me joy), being active in various ways; I love to constantly change it up and try new activities. I believe change is healthy, for me, it keeps my mind and body in “guessing mode” (or you could say “keeps me on my toes”) and I find it forces me to be proactive, more present and then the experience becomes more gratifying.

Life is a process of trials and errors, there is something valuable to be learned with each experience and it’s our choice to make the most out of every situation we are presented with. Finding the balance that works for YOU is key… what works for someone else, may not be what works for you, and what works now, may not work down the road; therefore adaptability goes hand and hand with finding your balance.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I use an integrative and multi-disciplinary approach teaching holistic health. I empower clients of all ages with the foundation principles (breathing, thinking, movement, sleep, nutrition, hydration) that are essential to optimal health, performance and a successful life of well-being. I use a combination of holistic and science based modalities, including corrective and training program, nutrition and lifestyle management, iridology, decoaptation and myofascial stretches, neuromuscular stabilization techniques, and functional lab testing when required to get to the root cause of health problems, re-balance the body and restore health. I perform detailed assessments and client evaluations as prerequisites to designing customized programs. You are an individual and how your body function is dependent upon its ability to do so.

My goal is to explore the many sides of your health (physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual) as a whole and invite you to tune-in your own self. I provide you with information and tools so you can learn to parent yourself and make the best-informed choices around your health, and more importantly teaching you to embrace your journey to optimal health. I am here to offer you back ownership of your health!

I’m on a never-ending quest to learn the latest teachings and techniques that the holistic world has to offer. I strive to stay informed, curious, and proactive to help my clients achieve their ultimate goals. Often times, my greatest teachers are the very people I get to work with each and every day!

The passion and enthusiasm for my work is seen in the success of educating my clients toward their own health. I am blessed with an opportunity to live each day educating and helping others discover their own path to health.

“ARISE” was selected to symbolize the action to AWAKEN; to come into action with your personal well-being. The “I”, refers to YOU, as only you as the power to take responsibility to move your life forward, to take actions that will lead to lasting and positive changes.
